Delete your JanWatchdog account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the app or on the website. It takes less than a minute.

Delete it yourself

  1. Open the Startup Evaluator (in the janStartupEvaluator app or at janwatchdog.in/startup-evaluator) and sign in.
  2. Tap Account in the bar at the top.
  3. Under Delete my account, enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.
  4. You are signed out and receive a confirmation email.

Cannot sign in?

Email janwatchdog07@gmail.com from the address registered on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your name, username, email, mobile number, password hash, sign-in sessions, every evaluation and its report, and your certificates (they stop verifying).

Kept: payment records (amount, date, plan and payment reference) without your name, email or phone, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. See the privacy policy.
