Who can apply for Agriculture Infrastructure Fund
- Farmers, FPOs, primary agricultural credit societies, cooperatives, self-help groups, agri-entrepreneurs, startups and State agencies.
- For post-harvest and community farming assets such as warehouses, cold chains, sorting and grading, and primary processing.
- 3% a year interest subvention on loans up to Rs 2 crore for up to 7 years, with credit guarantee cover.
How to apply for Agriculture Infrastructure Fund, step by step
- Register on agriinfra.dac.gov.in.
- Submit the project details and report, and choose the lending institution.
- The bank appraises the project and sanctions the loan.
- The interest subvention is credited to the loan account.
