PM Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (PM-RKVY): eligibility, documents and how to apply for it
Who can apply
- There is no single national application. The Centre gives the money to State governments, which run the scheme through their agriculture departments under an Annual Action Plan and may move funds from one component to another to suit the State.
- Farmers benefit through its components: Soil Health Management, Rainfed Area Development, Agro Forestry, Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana, Agricultural Mechanisation including Crop Residue Management, Per Drop More Crop, the Crop Diversification Programme, State projects (RKVY DPR) and the Accelerator Fund for Agri Startups.
How to apply for PM Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (PM-RKVY), step by step
- Ask the agriculture officer of your block or district which PM-RKVY components your State is running this year and what help each gives.

- Keep the application number or receipt and check the State's list of selected beneficiaries.
- Agri startups apply through the RKVY agribusiness incubators (see RKVY-RAFTAAR).
