- Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) families.
- Permanent residents of Changlang, Lohit and Namsai with a residential certificate.
- State government employees, pensioners and their dependants, and accredited journalists.

- Family tree certificate or ration card
How to apply for Chief Minister Arogya Arunachal Yojana, step by step
- Enrol online on the CMAAY portal (Enrolment, then Apply Online), on the Arogya Arunachal app, at a CMAAY kiosk in an empanelled hospital or at a Common Service Centre.
- Fill in the details and upload the documents listed above.
- Download the CMAAY e-card once enrolled.
- Show it at empanelled hospitals in and outside the State for cashless treatment up to Rs 5 lakh a family a year.
