Who can apply for Chief Minister's Health Insurance Scheme, Nagaland
- General category: indigenous inhabitants and permanent residents of Nagaland not covered by Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY, with an Indigenous Inhabitant Certificate or Permanent Resident Certificate issued after 2016.
- Employee and pensioner category: State government employees and pensioners with their dependants (higher cover).
How to apply for Chief Minister's Health Insurance Scheme, Nagaland, step by step
- Register on cmhis.nagaland.gov.in, or at a Common Service Centre, empanelled hospital, health centre or enrolment camp.
- Give the Indigenous Inhabitant / Permanent Resident Certificate, Aadhaar and mobile number. Employees give their PIMS code, pensioners their PPO.
- Download or collect the card.
- Use it for cashless treatment at empanelled hospitals.
