Who can apply for Mukhyamantri Ayushman Arogya Yojana (MAA)
- Families living in Rajasthan with a Jan Aadhaar card.
- Free for families under the National Food Security Act, SECC 2011, small and marginal farmers, contract workers of State departments and families that received Covid ex gratia.
- Other families can join by paying Rs 850 a year.
- Cashless treatment up to Rs 25 lakh a family a year in empanelled hospitals.

- Jan Aadhaar card
- Aadhaar of all members
- Mobile linked to Aadhaar
- Land documents (farmers)
- Contract employment proof (if applicable)
How to apply for Mukhyamantri Ayushman Arogya Yojana (MAA), step by step
- Make sure the family has a Jan Aadhaar card with every member's Aadhaar linked.
- Sign in to the Rajasthan SSO portal (sso.rajasthan.gov.in) and open the MAA Yojana service, or go to an e-Mitra kiosk.
- Enter the Jan Aadhaar number, complete Aadhaar e-KYC and choose the free or paid category (pay Rs 850 if paid).
- Once approved, show the Jan Aadhaar or MAA card at the help desk of an empanelled hospital for cashless treatment.
