1. Enrol the family on meraparivar.haryana.gov.in or at a CSC / Saral Kendra with the Aadhaar of every member.
2. The family's income is verified from government records and field checks.
3. If any detail is wrong, raise a correction request on the same portal.

Chirayu Haryana (Ayushman Bharat extension)

Who can apply for Chirayu Haryana (Ayushman Bharat extension)

• Families whose income verified in the Parivar Pehchan Patra is up to Rs 1.8 lakh a year: Rs 5 lakh health cover free.
• Families above Rs 1.8 lakh and up to Rs 3 lakh: by paying Rs 1,500 a year.
• Since 2025, higher-income families can also join by paying a larger annual contribution.

How to apply for Chirayu Haryana (Ayushman Bharat extension), step by step

1. Check eligibility using your Parivar Pehchan Patra ID.
2. Get the Ayushman / Chirayu card at a CSC, an empanelled hospital or the Ayushman app. Families in the paying bands pay the contribution online.
3. Show the card at an empanelled hospital for cashless treatment.
