- Every family resident in Uttarakhand: cashless hospital treatment up to Rs 5 lakh a year.
- Not for families covered by CGHS, ECHS, ESI or the State Government Health Scheme.
How to apply for Atal Ayushman Uttarakhand Yojana, step by step
- Get the Ayushman (golden) card at a Common Service Centre, an empanelled hospital, the Ayushman app or beneficiary.nha.gov.in, with the ration card or family register copy and Aadhaar.
- Show the card at the Ayushman desk of an empanelled hospital for cashless treatment.
- Complain about refusals or charges to the State Health Authority, Uttarakhand.
