1. Register on pmsuryaghar.gov.in with your State, distribution company and consumer number.
2. Apply, then choose a registered vendor to install the system.
3. Apply for the net meter. The distribution company inspects the installation.
4. The subsidy is paid to your bank account.

Who can apply for PM E-DRIVE (electric vehicles)

• Buyers of eligible electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers and other notified vehicles get the incentive at purchase.
• Manufacturers must register vehicle models that meet the scheme's localisation rules.

How to apply for PM E-DRIVE (electric vehicles), step by step

1. At purchase, the dealer generates an Aadhaar-authenticated e-voucher on the scheme portal. A link is sent to your mobile.
2. Sign the e-voucher and give it to the dealer. The incentive is taken off the price.
3. Manufacturers claim the incentive from the ministry with the signed e-vouchers.
