  1. If your house has no tap connection, tell your ward member or the Ward Implementation and Management Committee.
  2. If no water comes, the water is dirty or the pipe is broken, complain to the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) office of your block, or through the Gram Panchayat.
  3. If it is not fixed, file a complaint with the Lok Shikayat Nivaran (public grievance) officer of your sub-division, or on CPGRAMS (pgportal.gov.in).
