DST NIDHI-PRAYAS: eligibility, documents and how to apply for it
Who can apply for DST NIDHI-PRAYAS
- Indian citizens aged 18 or more, or startups with annual turnover below Rs 25 lakh in every year.
- The project must build a physical prototype. Pure software and academic research projects are not eligible.
- Up to Rs 10 lakh, for a prototype finished within 18 months.
How to apply for DST NIDHI-PRAYAS, step by step
- Find a PRAYAS centre (a DST-supported incubator) near you.
- Apply to its call with the idea, the prototype plan and a budget.
- The centre's committee screens the proposal and may ask you to present.
- Selected innovators get the grant in tranches, plus lab space and mentoring at the centre.
